Support Tampa Bay's 2018/2022 World Cup Bid

The Game is in TampaIt's easy to see why Tampa Bay is the perfect fit for the FIFA World Cup™. Not only is Tampa Bay the second most populated region in Florida, but it's also the 19th-largest metropolitan area in the United States.

With its global economic impact, the FIFA World Cup™ will help create new jobs and provide hundreds of millions of dollars in economic development to Tampa Bay. World Cup sponsorship is estimated to be over 16 billion dollars, with much of that going directly into local economies that host the event.

In 1994, the FIFA World Cup™ created $623 million for the metropolitan Los Angeles area. Also, in California alone, 1,700 part-time jobs were created for the 1994 FIFA World Cup™. Hotel, restaurant, and overall food and beverage sales increased by 10 to 15 percent over the previous year, thanks to the FIFA World Cup™.

How can you help Tampa Bay succeed in hosting this remarkable event? Sign the petition and show your support for Tampa Bay and the United States. More Info>>
